You have all your life to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.Once we received your “returned item”, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message confirming the receipt of the item. It is necessary to include a valid WhatsApp number and an eligible email for completion of returns policy.Customer will have to bear the costs of return.

- The article must be returned in original packing with tags attached.
- The condition of the article must be as good as new.
- We offer a 15 days money back or return guarantee.
In case of below mentioned conditions, products will not be deemed fit for return:
- Custom orders will not be returnable or exchangeable.
- We have provided a detailed size chart on our website. So, beware when placing an order as we will not be able to entertain returns or exchanges in case of selection of wrong size or color.
- Torn or damaged articles will not be returnable.
In order to return an article, a customer will have to seek its approval by emailing us at the provided email address. In the email, please do not forget to mention your name, email address and order number. Once you get the approval from our representative, you will be told to ship the article (at your own cost) to our designated warehouse address.Moreover, the processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 working days and refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that shipping charges will not be refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if there is problem with your choice in size, color, or style. Libas Ul Qadam will not charge you the shipping if there is mistake from their side.Shipping costs are nonrefundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
